During our two-week stay at R9 The Yard, we were impressed with the neat and comfortable rooms. We loved the daily ticket for a frozen breakfast meal, although a bit more variety would have been nice. The location was convenient for visiting the Ashikaga flower park. We appreciated having a microwave and a massage chair in the room. we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent choice for budget travelers who are looking for a comfortable and neat place to stay. the staff is incredibly helpful, and the daily complimentary breakfast meal is quite nice. the room is clean and comes equipped with a microwave and a massage chair, making it ideal after a long day. While the hotel is near a railway, it is close to the train station, making it convenient to explore the city.

During my Christmas stay, I liked having a massage chair in my room which was perfect after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated having a microwave in the room since I could warm up some leftovers from my Christmas dinner. The hotel was located near the Ashikaga Flower Park which made it easier and more convenient to visit. the daily frozen breakfast meal was a nice bonus.
There were no drinking glasses or cups and saucers which was a big inconvenience. the amenities provided were very minimal.
